Your tab structure is simply the label name, color & order of any tabs you may have in your current paper records. For example, your first tab might have a red label named "Patient History", and your second tab might have a blue label named "Labs", and so forth. It's always best to have your ChartCapture tab structure mirror your existing paper records as closely as possible. If your charts do not have tabs, simply type "None" in Tab 1.
If your group has more than one file room, or multiple types of charts you can submit this form more than once.
To ensure that your tabs are readible online tab names are limited to 12 characters in length Please use abbreviations if necessary.
